Quik Pro Systems:
All units for return require a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). New units may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Units must be in unused and resaleable condition. All returned units must be inspected by plant for signs of wear, neglect, usage, or damage. No refunds will be issued before inspection. No returns after 30 days from initial shipping. A 10% Restocking Fee will apply to returns. The customer is responsible for return shipment of the Quik Pro to the plant. Initial shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
As this is an emailed product, there is no return for this item.
Books and CDs:
Books and CDs may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in resaleable condition with no damage. A 10% Restocking Fee may apply. The customer must pay for initial shipment charges.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards and checks. We do not accept cash.
Schools may submit Purchase Orders.
All shipments for shipment outside the continental USA, businesses, and individuals require payment in advance.
All shipment terms are determined by our Accounting Department.
Sales tax is collected for Georgia businesses, individuals, churches, and other companies.
All invoices, not prepaid, are Net 30 Days. Past Due invoices will be charged an INTEREST RATE OF 1.5% PER MONTH. All attorney and collection fees incurred in the collection of the invoice will be added to the amount due.
Quik Pro Systems:
Normally, Quik Pros ship within 2 weeks. Delays may occur without notice.
Rush service may be requested for a $40 Rush fee (this does NOT include shipping charges).
Parts normally ship within 72 hours.
Books and CDs
Books and CDs ship within 72 hours.

We can advise ship dates at the time of order.
